The LONG ROW

The Long Row is my boldest challenge yet. In summer 2026 I will attempt a solo open water rowing circumnavigation of mainland Britain pushing physical endurance mental resilience plus ocean knowledge to their limits. This journey is about far more than distance or records. It is a platform to inspire respect for the water build confidence in blue spaces plus spark vital conversations around safety preparation plus personal responsibility. Every mile rowed will amplify the work of the charity Above Water using adventure to engage communities, schools plus decision makers with a clear simple message. Coastal waters give so much but demand respect. The Long Row is purpose driven.
